Initially this memorable subject belonged to hairdresser Betty Glasgow. The musician by himself has presented her his lock, having put a note of the following content: "a lot of love and hair, specially for Betty from John Lennon". Glasgow has got acquainted with The Beatles in 1964, during film A Hard Day’s Night shootings. The work above this picture proceeded more than three months, and all this time Betty watched over musicians’ haircuts. Other memorable subjects from Betty Glasgow collection, concerning to The Beatles will be also exposed on the tenders on December, 12 2007.
